What do you think of drivers who decorate their cars with soft toys?

I personally do not like decorating a vehicle with toys, neither prefer tuning like changing wheels, installing rear wind deflectors, changing fog lamps, etc. I am not interested in decorating my house, either. Some of my friends say when they visit my house that my house looks like a mere shelter, not a home because there are no special furniture, paintings, photographs, or decorations. I do not dislike decorating, but I am probably too lazy to get myself involved in such works. In order to decorate a house or a car, it requires a lot of time, energy and money. When I look at the vehicle or the house that has been nicely decorated, I feel that they are wonderful and look nice, however, my admiration rarely reaches the level that can actually motivate me to engage in such activities. There are people who are really good at designing interiors and I actually envy them. To be fashionable and look nice, we have to well dress up and need to have a sense of beauty.
