What do you think of drivers who decorate their cars with soft toys?

I have never thought about this issue before, probably,i i haven't had any car that i can decorate. Grown up with my father who always wants to be clean, whenever i look around my father's car, there's nothing decorated with. when i reflected myself about my computer,cellphone background,room, i am likely to make it a basic version or quite clean room as it is like a new room without useless items. But we can't define their preference about the people who want to make up their cars more plentiful. On a second thought, they might think some people who don't want to cover their empty part with a toy, think they don't have any hobbies to enjoy their life more happily. But as for me, even if i have mentioned about myself as not being a person who wants to decorate, i am willing to put pretty soft toys which would be given by precious person or souvenir to show them i had been there!
