I strongly agreed with herbal, it\'s effective for skin, stomach. [이름]ce my mum used to take me it when I was younger. My experience said it could help me. But, Chinese medicine I believe is a half and half. Even if we tended to follow the knowledge of Chinese medicine a couple of decades ago. I personally think it\'s the best way whatever you try. And then, you can find the best effective medicine.
