What do you think of married couples who decide not to have any children?
학생이 쓴 원문
There is what is called DINK. DINK stands for Dual Income No Kids. Although I have rarely seen couples around me who did not want to have babies after getting married, there seems to be quite a large number of married couples who decide not to have any children these days. Even in Korea, the current birth rate is extremely low, marking 1.25. Raising kids is definitely a difficult job, requiring your money, time, and energy. In addition, there are too many things that you have to give up and sacrifices yourself for your children. So, we cannot criticize the people who want to enjoy their childless life. It is their decision whether or not to have children. However, I personally think based on my experience that people can further learn and grow up via raising their children. People can become real adults by parenting their kids. Furthermore, there are a lot more to gain than to lose when you have children. Your life will become full of happiness with your children.
