I think renting clothes is not common yet. But sometimes I borrow clothes.
For example, when i graduate the school or somewhere, I borrow formal clothes like suits.
Or at tourist places, I can rent some costume clothes.
And these days, some company rent clothes and some people enjoy it. Because they can try a lot of clothes.
