What do you think of the saying, \"The customer is always right.\"?

Prior to I worked in service line, I agreed with \"The customer is always right\". That was one of famous saying for me. However, Now i do not think the customer is always right and I strongly think removing \"always\" in the saying. Basically, sevice is only for customers. So, service workers should try to fit their customers at the best. Some customers like black consumers are not worthy of service
