I think It need to find underlying causes of upskirting. The offenders taking a picture secretly are taking it lighly. When looking back on student, I had no chance to listen to education of that kind of offences. If they took it seriously, The cri[이름]al will be decreased.
And thesedays, It is easy to buy special type camera like batteries,lighter,phone cases, etc on the website without any procedures.
Eventhough some stranger are peeping through that kind of device, I can`t help knowing nothing.
And It would be good way to prevent it by releasing related information. For example, I saw some news with special hidden cam pictures and the reporters had suggested checking that shape items around us.
The other one is a severe punishment for the offenders. I think it is the most effective ways to get rid of sex offences.
