What do you think the punishment for drunk driving should be?

In Korea, punishment is so weak to drunk driving person. They are tolling on an irrelevant person. I’m not sure, punishment for attacker is canceling a drive license or paying compensation to unrelated person. I don’t know well. But l know the other country‘s punishment. Car that attackers drive being marked at their car’s number. Because, Other people, they have a right to knowing for situations at drive moments. Absolutely, I think that punishment should more strengthen to the people.
