As a three-year subscriber, I found the news helpful because I could navigate through audiovisual platforms such as podcasts. However, I believe the user base would grow if the articles consisted of friendlier terminology. I found out non-financial market professionals had difficulty navigating the financial market via Bloomberg article from specialist-oriented content. Accordingly, many resort to Youtube videos to get a complete insight of the analysis and professionals remarks. Since these comprehensions include a summary of the paper and the streamers\' perspective, many people tend to believe the entire content as a Bloomberg analysis. Using familiar vocabulary might be against the characteristic of the article to be full of professionalism. Still, I assume that the company could increase its customer base by adopting more terms on the report to align with individual investment boosts.
