I am really wondering why homeless people are on the street or in the subway station. I believe that every person has their stories and something forced them out of their house. However, few people just do\'t want to have a job and they feel annoying if they are in the society. I know most homeless people need help from us and our society but there are few people who deceive citizens by pretending to be sick. It is easy to see homeless people if we go to the Seoul train station. They rarely wash and it cause bad smell all around the station. Existing on the street or in the station make commuters feel uncomfortable. It is their choice to stay out of home. However, I want them to get help from the government or city officials. As I know, there are a lot of program to help them in our city and some cities provide shelters for them. I heard that there are few restriction if they stay in a shelter. They should not drink an alcohol, limited smoking breaks and keep time to get home.

Thanks for sharing your opinions [이름]! I am also aware of that. In the Philippines, we can also

see them around specially in Manila.
