What do you think when you see a pregnant woman smoking? Do you think smoking will ever disappear?

I am a very strong believer in not judging a book by its cover. However, when they are putting the health of their unborn child at risk then how you cannot judge. Whatever their reasons are, it is not justifiable to smoke after getting pregnant. From my knowledge, it is totally unacceptable and I cannot understand the pregnant women smoking. Some women say that it’s better to cut down rather than being stressed for quitting smoking. They believe that not every problem is caused by smoking. I do not think that smoking will eventually disappear completely on the glove although the population of smokers will be declining gradually thanks to various efforts by the governments and civic groups. People are becoming more conscious of the health risks associated with smoking and many regulations are introduced and enacted to ban smoking. In addition the governments are making many attempts to deter children from taking up the habit. But, prostitution, drinking, drug, and smoking won't die.
