If the problem of low birth rate in korea will not be solved, A vicious circle will be continued. The young generation gets a more burden like imposing higher tax for the society duty. So they have no choice but to delay the time to get a married.
In the position of middle size company, It is hard to hire younger employers without better conditon like japan. It let the goverment extend to legal work age. But the owner of company are reluctant to that decisions considering work effeciency.
Most of koreans are making an effort to develop some kind of abilities continually Eventhough they have already gotten jobs to survive in a sudden change society.
