What do you usally do when you get angry?

When I get angry in my office, I usally go outside and smoke some cigarettes. And I wait the time when work is over. At the time is coming, I go to market and buy some foods for a dining and beers by myself. When I come back my house, I put the beers in refrigerator and prepare a dining to eat with cold beer. As I finished the cooking, I take a shower with cold water and dine cooked foods and drink cold beers while listen to the music which is my favorite. I brush my tooth after the all of the foods and beer is consumed by me . Then I smoke one cigarette and drink some iced water. Finally I go to sleep as soon as possible for work tomorrow. Oh I miss something. I have to do the dishes.
