What do you want to accomplish this year?

In the beginning of this year, I made my new year resolutions. My key resolutions include improving English speaking & writing skill, learning golf, and seeking an opportunity to work abroad. The reasons for setting my goals as such were that golf is not anymore just one of sports, but rather it became a prerequisite for a businessman to do business here in Korea. Looking for job outside is because I definitely need working experience in other countries to expose myself to muti-national working environments, which is needed for my career development. Needless to say, English is a basic tool for me to perform my daily jobs. Now, eight months have passed and only four months left to the end of this year. When I self-assess the progress, I’m still far behind the targeted levels. I have not yet started playing golf and neither made efforts to actively find a job to work outside Korea. Even my English speaking & writing skills have not improved a lot. I have a long way to go.
