We often have to do what we don't want to do or what we cannot process including homework. Sometimes, we want to quit what we are doing because it's painful and stressful. Nevertheless, we do not stop and continue to do that work. This is because we can develop our ability by doing that work. I think that this quote, "Pain is temporary. Quitting lasts forever," is fitted to something like these situations. Of course, pain sometimes lasts a while, but after finishing the work, we can feel definitely that our ability has been improved. If we stopped that, we would lose an opportunity to enhance our ability forever because once people decide to quit something it is difficult for them to start it again. Even though there need to be patient while I am doing what I want to do, I believe that we would rather endure the process since the results would be good and helpful to me. Thus, I think that we try not to quit something to do easily for our developed future.
