First, I studied hard in the major classes, so I can learn easily about that even if the class’s language is different.

 Third, I have did exercise in the gym and I have had personal training of weight training, since March, this year.

It will make me energy to adapt to new environment.

>>It will also help me stronger to defeat possible diseases when I go to a new environment.
 Many Finnish young people are interested in indoor exercise, so I can easily hang out with them for common interest.

>>Many youngsters in Finland are intrested in indoor exercise, so I can easily get along with them.
 Finally, I have many experiences like contests, supporters and leader of team and clubs.

>>Finally, I have many experiences and awards in competitions as well as being a team leader of clubs.

It will be helpful for exchange student life.
