I would like to introduce yukjeon.
It is a good I\'m into these days, and in Korea, it is one of the foods that are served on a Korean New Years\' table or memorial service table.
So, it is a good that is carefully served with courtesy and respect.
Yukjeon is one of the many pancakes that are floured on thin meat, dipped in egg, and baked in oil. It can be soft and savory, and you can feel a richer taste when eaten with salad or seasoned vegetables.
The reason why I want to introduce this food to foreign friends are that they often think that meat is fried like pork cutlet, grilled like pork belly, or steamed like bossam, but sometimes they eat it like yukjeon, and I recommended it because I wanted to introduce a new taste for them.
