In the case of my age, it is interested in healthy So, most women do excise like yo-ga, fitness club, ballet and so on. Especially after childbirth, most women get a all body massage. And then, they do excise within 6 months. In the case of me, I didn\'t do excise because I had to go to my mom\'s house everyday. I know that is excuse. So I gained 8 kg of weight before a baby. ㅜㅜ I will come back to work in 3 months. So I need to lose my weight and I\'m having a chinese medicine. My goal is losing 10kg of weight within 2 months.
