I am expected to manage my students.. Whenever some students have complaints or any questions, I try to counsel them as soon as possible. And I\'m expected to help my instructor teach in a good condition. Sometimes I substitute the instructor who cannot come to teach because of sickness or personal affairs. In addition I\'m expected to deal with any administrative problems required to run my academy. I always prepare for any inspections of authority.
