What is intercultural communication?
학생이 쓴 원문
Intercultural communication refers to the communication between people from two different cultures. It is the verbal and nonverbal interaction between from different cultural backgrounds. For example, in America people shake hands or hug each others. But in India, they just join their hands. Americans view direct eye contact as a sign of honesty. But, Asians view direct eye contact as a form of disrespect. Intercultural communication requires intercultural understanding. We need to understand value of cultural differences.
