I don't think that high school diploma or college degree isn't necessry for sucsess. But it was advantaged for achivement in Korean culture. So people should know something to want before who decide their diploma or degree. One way is general rule, the other is individual thing. Evetually, people should make one's own decision. Trully, it is knowing oneselves necessary for sucess.
