I carry around some medicine as I have a weak immune systems. so It is very important for me to have a personal hygiene.
I mainly wear a mask wherever crowded with people like shopping mall, transpotation and official place.
To prevent the novel virus, I frequently wash hands before having meal and take a shower as soon as comback home.
Eventhough I saw some person using sanitizer in a transportation, it is uncomfortable for me.
And, I didin`t trust on chemicals in a sanitizer.
It comes as no surprise to stay at home during a holidays. I think it is fundamental method to avoid get a desease.
To be stronger, I usually do exercise, laundry and clean my room prequently. Except that I have a no idea.
