What is special in Korean food

There are many traditional Korean food but in this book they introduced about Kimchi,Dwenjang and Hong Oh. Those are all fermented food. They smell very strange and also Hong Oh whichi is famous in JeonLa DO is smell like ammonia it make our nose pop. Becasue of this fermented food many forigen people thought Korea is very strange but after they know about how healthy are Korean foods they are tring to eat Korean food.
