The best housing option for me is whether they have infra or not like subway, market, school etc. Actually, Buying the house is one of investment technique for me. If i deposit amount of money, I can`t make the money a lot compared with invest because of low interests.
That means, Deposit rates lag bind inflation rates.
And I consider storage space and design. Even though I live with wife, It will be important because the space will be filled with a lot of things like clothings and camping items. So, The more they have wide place, The more I prefer to live there.
To live new place and new apartment, I have a plan to move every two - three years.

You ought to know very well the systems of investments on properties most specifically, apartments. The terms and conditions between my country and yours are relatively the same but different in some ways. For one, we prefer owning a house rather than living in an apartment.
But I must agree about the value of space wherein the wider the space, the better the house/apartment is. I like wide open spaces that can be maximized for multiple functions. Hoping that you move into one in the future.
