What is the best way for parents to teach responsibility to children?

I believe that the best way to teach responsibility is less the instruction to children. It\'s related to the independence. These days many parents tend to overprotect and control their children. But too much control steal the chance which their kids can choose. They need to decide themselves and take responsibility if that decision is kind of wrong. That way, they can learn what\'s important and what\'s wrong for their own decision.
