What is the difficult part of learning English?

In my case, Speaking and Writing is the most difficult part of learning English.
To be specific, I don\'t know how I should express or describe in some situations. If it is a just vocabulary, just find dictionary, it\'s Ok.
But, the sentences which express or describe isn\'t on dictionary. The only thing I can do is asking English native speakers.
And Speaking also requires Listening skill. Although I can answer or express my opinion, if I can\'t listen a speaker\'s language,
I can\'t have a conversation with people who speaks english.
That\'s why I started to study english speaking lesson with Shelia teacher.
