Oh! I\'m sorry to hear about what some customers do to your agents.
I also worked as a customer service representative before and my customers also yelled, cursed and even said that they will sue our company if we won\'t give them what they want. 

I guess the manufacturer was forced to give what he/ she wants in order for the company not to have a bad image.

The most challenging part of my job is to resolve customer’s complaints or requests for a refund or buyback.
