What is the most difficult obstacle you have ever encountered?

Putting aside challenges or obstacles I faced at work, let me look back on my personal life. It was fortunate for me to have lived so far relatively comfortable life without serious problems, although I encountered some minor issues. Although I was born and grew up in a small town in the countryside in the family who was in extreme poverty and had to worry about the lack of food all the time, I managed to survive and could finish high school and college as other kids who grew up in wealthy families and big cities. My family’s difficult financial condition made me choose to go to a vocational high school, which eventually made me spend an additional year to prepare to go to college. Comparing to others who had to go through much tougher life due to various reasons like being born disabled, losing parents at early age, or getting into an accident and became disabled, I should appreciate all the things that I have and what I am. My difficulties were just too trivial things.
