what is the most difficult things about learning english?

these days I\'ve watched tv drama \'friends\' to study english. but it\'s so hard to understand their words. they always talk really fast so i watched that for x 0.75 fast. Also my vocabulary part is so weak. if i memorized words and then after hours ago i don\'t remember any of those words. Korean and English vocabulary is opposite. so gramer is so hard to me.
