The utmost factor is the job would bring a sense of accomplishment. I have prioritized compensation over other elements in the past. Accordingly, I have sought the job with the highest salary. However, I have soon lost motivation and started complaining, which has hampered the growth. Eventually, I have decided to resign and seek new opportunities, which require a lot of time and effort. It is considerably hard to balance between what I like and what I can do best. Alongside this, some career experts say that people could face a dilemma and fall into a vicious cycle by pursuing self-fulfillment because they could be a considerable gap between reality and initial thought. Nevertheless, I believe doing the job that could bring self-achievement would make people endure their work\'s pain.
