What is the most important thing that you would consider when choosing a job?

Although I have to do work for maintaining my life, I don't think salary is the most important. If my salary is as similar as the lowest wage in law, I don't care about it. Then when I choosing a job, I consider in detail what I learn from my job and how the rest of my life changes about the experience from my job. I'm very curious about everythings, so sometimes I choose my job to get skills and tips of my hobby. For example I'm interested in all bevereges such as tea, coffee, cocktail and so on. But those are too expensive to drink frequentrly. So I worked at a cafe and a bar. I learnt specifictly from my boss, because they are specailists and that's their job. Also I love my job, so I studied myself from books or internet. It made good result not only me but also my store. And I try to choose a job that I had been before. Experience new things makes my life more abandontly.
