What is your biggest regret and why?

At Willis Towers Watson, I lost the contract from an important customer to the competitors. The Korean office revenue was far behind other global offices, so missing the critical client was detrimental to our team. Rather than feeling devastated from losing the contract, I started to look for other companies. Throughout this process, I found out that I missed the important clients by pushing them too hard without deliberation. Also, initially, I tried to adopt a pricing strategy. However, I tried to implement creative approaches rather than relying on discounts. From these strategies, I won a contract from other major companies and increased the participation rate by 50%. It was a challenging experience for me to miss the client, but it allowed me to look back at my strategy and tailor the plan based on the market need, which allowed me to develop my learning curve.
