Here are my corrections for you:

I would like to be a mentor of job consulting for college students who don\'t have much experiences about real job industry.

When I look back the time together, I found myself struggling to find jobs and believed that job was my dream job.

However, the reality was totally different and I had to get out of there and find another one.

If I had a meontor who can advise me the job\'s role including pros and cons about it, I would save my time and superior on my career.

>> If I had a mentor who could have given me advise on the job\'s role, including the pros and cons, I would have saved my time and effort on my career.
I could take advantages while I work in Human Resource field to prepare this plausible future. 

>> I could take advantage of the fact that I\'m working in the Human Resource field to prepare for this plausible future. 

I believe this effort will contribute to not only individuals but also reduce social cost.

>> I believe this effort will contribute to not only individuals, but also reduce social cost.
