What is your favorite part of your daily schedule? Why?

There are two of my favorite parts of my daily schedule.
First, it\'s time for lunch.
Lunch menus are normal, but it\'s time to relax for a while after working from the morning. Most of all, I like eating. This is because I can eat delicious food and have conversations with my colleagues at work while eating.
And lunch time is quite long. It\'s nice to be able to short sleep during that time.
Second, it\'s P.E. time.
Our company has a very unique culture, and we have time to do physical education activities an hour before work.
Because it doesn\'t matter if we take a break, so it\'s a very useful time.
