I think a four-day workweek has some drawbacks. It can make employees work more time in four workdays. Moreover, people will earn less money than before.

Many European countries have implemented the four days work week policy for those who want them. This means, it is not a mandatory law and for them, it yields 101% productivity among workers.
I guess this law depends on the type of job you have, but if you are a teacher, this is a BIG NO since it will not only affect the worker but the students as well.
