It will lead government to consult with the workers. However, if others\' rights can\'t be guaranteed due to demonstration, it is also big problem. Through truckers\' striking, the building workers are having trouble using cement and delaying their work. Government should protect the public\'s right, so if there is no good cause, they can force cement truckers to work. And the government doesn\'t push all the workers to work. Giving punishment to cement truckers is the optimal to prevent economic deterioration. However, after the urgent situation is solved, there should be discussion between workers and government. The government must do their best to protect cement truckers\' rights until realistic agreement is reached. Maybe increasing salary is the most important part to the workers.
