I think that alternative medicine is complementary to traditional medicine.
Although some people don\'t have a good condition of their bodies, they don\'t have to take medicine or do surgery necessarily.
In this case, they can try alternative therapies.
There are many kinds of alternative therapies in the world.
The two therapies reliable are acupuncture and massage.
Even though we couldn\'t prove their effects based on scientific research, I believe they have a positive impact on our health.
In my case, I always go to a massage shop whenever I have pain in my shoulder.
After getting a massage, I feel like my pain is already gone, and feel relaxed.
I am not sure it is a placebo effect but the fact is that I can feel relaxed, thanks to massage.
Therefore, I want to recommend trying alternative medicine only if they don\'t have to do surgery for their pain.
