What is your view on the idea that there is no "I" in a team?

I think that there is no "I" in a team means that we are in harmony with a team member. If we strongly insist about myself, that is not the team. That is just a group for oneself such as bodyguard. Sometimes the team move for only one person. But in that case, that is not exactly mean for one person but They move to one goal. If I insist myself in the team, the team members don't like me and they think I'm a very selfish person. Most of all, the teamwork is getting weak. To achieve the team goal, we have to be in harmony with others.
