My work is to support sales.
I usually import goods from the China and send out good to Korea company like AMORE PACIPIC.
If Korean company places orders to us, I have to check the schedule when will we send goods and our stock.
So we have to prepare expected order quantity and place order to China factory to save stock.
When I work this things, I occured some crises.
At first, I didn\'t send an order sheet. Although I made it, I don\'t to send it by e-mail. After realizing it, I sent e-mail to solve it.
Second, I didn\'t prepare stock sufficiently. Customer placed order 10,000pcs, but, I prepared goods 5,000pcs. So I postponed the schedule and sent apology e-mail to them.
Third, our products are damaged during transport. It\'s commond, So we found damaged goods, we have to pack again and sell good to customers.
