What kinds of things do you do to improve/maintain your appearance?

Um.. Honestly,I had double eyelid surgery to improve my face 2 years ago. Because the people who have a big eye is pretty girl in Korea. So now, I am content my face when I wear a makeup. :D And I also wear a color lens and matched clothes to improve my appearance. But I want to plastic surgery more.... Human greed is bottomless. haha How about you? ^_^
