What Korean policy/law do you think should be removed?

Its not a particular policy/law, but I think my country, Korea\'s laws are so weak.
If somebody commited a big problem, he/she has to go to a prison, and he/she has to live in there very long times.
But my country\'s laws are so weak, so he/she just has to go to a prison shorter than other country in the same situation.
And my country\'s policies/laws protect criminal so much so we can\'t know who is criminal.
So I think Korea goverment has to improve these things more nicely and safely for the citizens.
