What makes you uncomfortable in the work setting?

At my previous work, there was an issue regarding workload distribution. I worked after working hours while other coworkers left early most of the day because of incoming Korean calls. Even though the company had a massive appearance in the Korean market, there was no Korean-speaking agent. Since I joined the company as an English and Japanese-speaking agent, I had to take over 60% of calls per day with Korean calls combined. Accordingly, I brought the issue up during the team meeting and discussed it with other team members to quickly tackle it before it became demanding. Our team finally agreed not to transfer the calls from the Korean speaker. If the transfer is needed, the team members should take the initial call and make sure I only elaborate on the complicated matters. Throughout this experience, I learned the importance of communication within a team to avoid misunderstanding.
