What might happen if you don’t use any phones in a day, week, month, or year?

I think I will be anxious at first. Because it\'s very inconvenient if I suddenly couldn\'t use my phone. Especially, I start my daily routine with the \'to do mate\' application on my phone. I\'m a person who has a habit of recording(or I\'m a planner), and there are many to do lists in several categories, including today\'s to do, schedule, study, and self-development, act. When I sucessed, I check the check box and also records what I did at all of time on Google Calendar. And there are so many things I do with my phone, such as map apps, calendars, alarms, e-book apps, study, and music that are indispensable. However, a day or a week would be fine. If I don\'t have to contact someone and don\'t have a team project to do, I can feel fine without a phone. What I do with my phone can replace it with another analog things. Therefore if there\'s no contact problem, it won\'t be bad without a phone. Sometimes I want to be free with phone and take a rest peacefully.

Hi, [이름]! It sounds like you have a well-structured routine that relies heavily on your phone! It’s totally normal to feel anxious about being without it, especially since you use it for so many essential tasks. But it’s great to hear that you’re open to the idea of going phone-free for a day or a week. Embracing analog alternatives can be refreshing and might help you find some peace. Remember, taking a break from your phone can also lead to new insights and experiences!
