What motivates you?

I have been driven by digging into data and motivated to find what is causing the number. This process includes incorporating datasets with external resources. At my current position, I provide advice on the remuneration level to clients based on their market practices. This includes providing essential resources with EXCEL and incorporating external resources. I recently received a request to analyze the compensation level for the newly hired position. Since there was a regulated deadline regarding these positions, many companies had to hire these positions to avoid fines. However, there was no government guideline or precedents. Accordingly, I conducted a survey among market participants regarding salary expectations to provide the client with the market data. Alongside this, I collaborated with local attorney offices to learn more about the law. Eventually, the data from these reports assisted the client in hiring talented professionals while still fulfilling government regulations.
