I fear all kinds of natural disater. So I\'ve never experienced or even seen it because I have only lived in a big city. Occasionally, when a typhoon passes through Korea in the fall, I watch TV news on rural areas being damaged. It looks so tragic, hopeless, and filled with only sadness and despair. We know that it takes a very long time and a lot of effort for those people to return to their original lives. I hope that the day will come when natural disaster can be prevented in advance through advances in science.
