The thing one of the worst policies is overtime hours. The legal overtime hours are set at 52 hours a week in Korea. But my company have not to follow rule becuase it is a manufacturing factory. A manufacturing industry is expect the rule. So most engineers work late everyday. They don\'t take care of their family and health because they don\'t enough time. When I was engineer 5 years ago, I leaved work late, too. But I had changed my position and I\'m currently in charge of manager. So I think it\'s lucky.
