What problems does the Internet create? What problems does it solve?

Internet make us easy to save and load data. Cloud system based on internet allow us to access our personal information which we save. Unlike other traditional method like writing on papers, internet get rid of limitation from physical location. This may be seen as weak point on security side. Actually, criminal try to attack personal information in internet. They called as hacker. They make a program which lock personal data. Once it is installed at someones computer, people couldn\'t open their personal information. If people want to recover it than they should pay to hacker. However it could be protected by antivirus software.
