What qualities of a company do you look for when applying?

Most of companies set qualification when they are looking for new employees. And also, job seekers are looking for a suitable company on their situations. Depend on each person\'s expecting wage, job environment and benefits, job seekers would apply on different firms.
In my situation, I\'m looking for couple of things. The most important part I care about is how old is the company after establishment and how many employees are working in there. This is because I\'m favor in convention & exhibition field and in that field, there are many small agiencies in not that good working conditions. Therefore, I believe the oldness of the company and number of employees show the size and the stability of the company. Secondly, I care about the location of the company. Because I\'m living in the center of seoul, I wish to get go work in 1 hour or less for my rest of the day after work.
