I believe tolerance is virtue of maintaining good relationship. Since everyone has different personalities and goals, it is extremely challenging not to conflict. However, it is difficult to always confront differences and speak up. This is because incessant conversation can cause antagonism. Therefore, it is crucial to tolerate the difference and hold back what you want to say. In this sense, I believe it is important to acknowledge differences and tolerate it at first. Though there must be concessions too. The relationship cannot last through tolerating. Some people have high tolerance while others don’t. It is important to have a frank conversation before it takes toll on you. Actually, I am not good at having conversations and speaking up about my complaint. I am adept at tolerating others but if it reaches beyond the limit, I end the relationship completely. Accordingly, I learnt the importance of having candid conversation.
