What\'s an accomplishment that may seem small to others but means a lot to you?

When I was student in college, I worked on a team project with my seniors for the first time. I was the only person who was close to both my friends and seniors, so I mainly led the mood. However, there was a disagreement and I conveyed both sides\' positions, and when I found out that there was a misunderstanding and created a place where I could resolve the misunderstanding. Thanks to that time, we were able to solve the misunderstandings and proceedd with the team project and get good results. Because of what happend on that day, I realized that conversation between each other was important in team projects and that it was important to release feelings right away.
